This hotel is good for Heathrow but it is far from the city. Close to two bus routes as well as a nearby connection to the underground at Hatton Cross. The staff were friendly and helpful; the location was great for our needs; and the Costa Coffee in the hotel was very convenient.

This place came very high in my search results on Booking.com, and for good reason! The location is amazing, especially for early flights; the transport links are great, and the staff were so cute and accommodating. The hotel itself is very well-maintained and the rooms are well-appointed.

Loved the location - so easy to get to and from Heathrow! The self check-out was a breeze, and having a Costa Coffee and restaurant in the hotel was super convenient. Rooms were comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant and bar. We even used the hotel as a base for day trips into central London.

We booked this at short notice, for a trip to London, and it was perfect! Location was great, exceptionally close to Heathrow Airport. The hotel is connected by a covered walkway to Heathrow T4, which was excellent - no need to go outside to get to the terminal in the rain! Rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was good. We decided to have a great time cracking jokes with a staff member who came to our room. The staff were friendly and helpful.
